Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
Usually under 1/10 of the recording's length. A 60-minute recording finishes in just a few minutes, though you may have to wait if someone else is using it.
Is this accurate?
Clear recordings are fairly accurate, but names, technical terms, and overlapping speech can come out wrong. Always double-check important documents.
Does the recording stay on the server?
As soon as transcription finishes and you download the result, the original and the result are deleted. They're also deleted automatically after 40 minutes even if you don't download them. Never used for training.
