View photo EXIF info / remove location data

How to use View/remove photo info (EXIF)
- 1Select a photo to see the info it contains. A warning appears if it includes location data.
- 2Click [Remove info & save].
- 3JPG isn't recompressed — only the metadata is removed, so quality stays the same.
Frequently asked questions
Does sending it through KakaoTalk remove the location data?
A regular share usually strips this, but sending as [Original] or as a file attachment can leave it in. It's safer to remove it yourself.
