Frequently asked questions

What are the passport photo requirements?

3.5cm wide × 4.5cm tall, head length (crown to chin) 3.2–3.6cm, white background, taken within the last 6 months. Check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs guidelines for the final requirements.

Can I change the background to white?

Changing the background is coming soon. For now, shooting against a white wall is the most reliable option.
